The Abbotsford School District gathered to celebrate a remarkable group of retirees whose dedication, leadership, and care have helped shape our schools and community for years.
Hosted at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Centre, the annual Retirement Dinner honoured employees from across the district, including teachers, support staff, administrators, operations employees, and district leaders. Together, this year's retirees represent hundreds of years of service dedicated to supporting student success.
Throughout the evening, colleagues, friends, and family members reflected on the lasting impact each retiree has made through their work. Whether in classrooms, offices, school libraries, maintenance shops, or behind the scenes, their contributions have helped create welcoming, supportive, and inspiring learning environments for generations of students.
While retirement marks the end of one chapter, it also opens the door to new adventures, opportunities, and well-earned time with family and friends. The Abbotsford School District extends its sincere gratitude to each retiree for their years of service and commitment to public education.
